An update from the writer: intermission

Hey readers,

I have consistently posted my poems, writing, and essays since November 2023. I have made it a goal to release something at least once a month. It has been so rewarding to release a little part of me each month, but now it's time to hit pause.

I'm taking a pause to focus on a book I am writing titled "My Cup Is Full." It will be a collection of poems and essays. My Cup Is Full will have writings that will never be digitized; there is a lot of intent behind that. I plan to pour my soul into this short book. It will have some of my favorite poems from this blog, things I have already created but not digitized, and new poems I create along the way

I am giving myself about one to two years to complete this project because what I'm looking for to fulfill this book hasn't been experienced yet. I need to experience more. There is more, although I'm not sure what yet.

Only a few copies of My Cup Is Full will be printed, perhaps 30 to 60 copies total. This is all with intent. This book is going to be special to me, and I hope to you, too. I hope it reaches the right people. The writings will be for your eyes only. Profit is not a part of the equation; this will just be my soul talking.

If you are interested in keeping up with this project, please email me at @ lesliesuazo6@gmail.com to put you on the list. I'm still not sure about the logistics of this project, but I do know there will be limited copies.

I'll still post here, sporadically, just nowhere near as often.

Oh, and reader, I forgot to tell you, I moved to New York City in January. It has been incredible, all-consuming, yet daunting. One day is five years, beautifully so, other times not. There's nowhere else I'd rather be; I feel free.

Thanks for reading, dear reader. You'll hear from me soon.

-Les
